Last Friday morning I had one of those freak-out moments.
I was getting myself and my kids ready to leave the house for the day, and I catch myself moving from room to room like a chicken with it’s head cut off. I’m overwhelmed, disorganised and quite frankly I just want to give up and crawl back into bed!
The overwhelm mounts to the point where I just have to stop and pay attention, before I lose my cool and sorely regret it.
Once I realise that ignoring the pressure isn’t helping, and I tune in, I uncover something that so many of us ignore.
